I did the tiger abstract twice...because I gave the first one away, and wanted one for myself. I ended up giving this one away as well. It's slightly different from the first.
I might do this as a big acylic on canvas...that ought to be a challenge. This one was done in watercolour and coloured pencil.

Daily Deviation

Given 2007-11-25

Now, I get a kick out of watching people take a very mundane theme (in this case, felines) and push the stylistic bounds pretty hard. Tiger II by *karincharlotte does this with conviction. Makes me grin like a Cheshire... (Suggested by ~asymons and Featured by `zeruch)

It would also look stunning on silk to capture those vibrant colours. A nightmare to execute though. Probably safer to go the acrylics.

I'm doing one of my fish paintings in Acrylics. It's a lot harder because especially when having to draw perfect lines and shapes. It's easier on paper. Good to see you visit my webpage, even if you can't visit me at home...:) :heart: :hug:
