This started as a vase with flowers, from my imagination. Then I decided it needed a cat or two to make it interesting. It's certainly not finished but is already much more interesting (to me anyway) than just the flowers.

Well, there are few things, other than sex and puddings, that the addition of a cat or two can't improve :D But, I like this, a lot.

Beautiful impressionistic floral Karin, delightful in its own right, but the addition of the kitty as you did, with his/her restrained coloring, really makes this a very unique and interesting painting. You are really expanding your reach these days - atta woman.

Thanks for letting me know you like it. Funny, I didn't like it on Friday, but in the right light it looks rather nice.:D Unfortunately the colours haven't translated well to the camera.

Can't go wrong with cats. They are hugely popular.
I love them, but I'm resisting the urge to adopt one. I think I'll just paint them...:D
