Fire bird I

I did this little painting starting out with watercolour. Just very loose and free. Then I enhanced the colours with coloured pencils. I brought this and another one with me to Canada, hoping someone might like them and I'd have a gift for someone. Well, my sister loved them... so I was pleased to give them to her.
Later on I did a photoshop manipulation of this, and decided to do it large in oils on canvas. The oil painting is still in progress ( I'm a great big procrastinator) but I've already put it up in my gallery. So I thought I might put them all together at a friend's request.
