What would we do without strange? This piece shows us strange at it's finest! Everything is painted most excellently, and the colors used really make it stand out. One of the coolest things I find about this is how fast it was painted; One day! But anyway, the technique is very good, and the cats look great in this style! I love the different textures used as well. It gives the painting more variety oh so subtlety. The little details of strangeness only make it better, like the oddly placed shapes. Overall, a fun piece that will put a smile on your face! -Miles
Thank you for the kind words. Oh, not talent so much, but rather a passion which started in childhood and has been developed over the years. People assume art is only for those who are born with talent. I disagree. I think we all have an artist within, but we have to encourage it and nurture it.
Hi Scott! Wow, it's been a while since I heard from you. Glad you remembered me, and thanks for the kind words. I really should just do cats. They seem to be popular with everyone. Thanks for letting me know you like them. So how's life in good old T.O. ? Look forward to seeing/hearing more of you,eh?!
Thank you, that is a really great compliment! I still have this one, and it has been chosen for some diary/journal covers, so I'm pretty excited about that. I still have the original, and will have it in my show. Thanks for letting me know you like it, and thanks for all the faves.
Thank you very much for suggesting my City cats as a favourite in this club. I am honoured to be grouped with such exquisite works. Also thank you for making me aware of this fantastic club. Warm regards Karin
